How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who reaches out to Aestheticsbylouise Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to make a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Aestheticsbylouise Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a contractor we introduced you to

Problems With a Contractor

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have trouble with work at your home, begin by taking it up with the contractor directly, and keep a written record of what was said.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about contractors helps keep our network honest, and contractors who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Aestheticsbylouise Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a contractor or act for a contractor.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@aestheticsbylouise.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the contractor
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The contractor's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the contractor. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
