About Aestheticsbylouise Concrete and How We Help Homeowners

Who We Are

Aestheticsbylouise Concrete is a referral service for homeowners in Bellaire, TX and the Bellaire area who are planning new concrete driveways or patios. We are not a contractor. We do not mix, pour or finish concrete. Independent local providers do that work.

Why This Site Exists

Starting a concrete project can feel like ordering from a menu in a language you do not speak. Words like subbase, control joints and curing get tossed around, and nobody stops to explain them. This site slows that down. It explains why concrete behaves the way it does, then makes an introduction to a provider who can look at your actual yard.

A Slower Look at Older Homes

Our special focus is older houses. An aging slab is like an old road: layers of past patches sit under the surface. Earlier repairs, shifted soil, buried lines and tree roots can all be hiding there. Look below first, because a quote that ignores the ground can change later.

Plan Around Life

Many homeowners are juggling work, kids and pets. Concrete work means noise, blocked parking and a few days when the driveway is off limits. Tell the provider about your routine early. A good plan works around your week, much like a good move-out day works around the elevator schedule.

How Providers Are Matched

You share the project type, your general location and your timing. Aestheticsbylouise Concrete then introduces you to a provider in our network that serves your area and does that kind of work. Availability varies, so Request a callback to check provider availability. An introduction is not a promise that a provider will take the job.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in the network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• hold the licenses and insurance that local rules require
• give a clear written quote before work starts
• explain thickness, reinforcement, drainage and finish choices in plain words
• respect your property and your schedule

What We Do Not Do

Aestheticsbylouise Concrete does not do the concrete work, set prices, hold your money or back the finished job. This site is about new concrete flatwork. It is not a line for concrete driveway repair emergencies or for foundation repair experts. Your agreement is with the provider you choose.

How We Are Paid

Providers in the network may pay Aestheticsbylouise Concrete a referral fee for introductions. You pay the provider you hire for the work, under the terms in your written quote.
